SUBSCRIPTION OVERVIEW
Help Side Basketball Solutions offers three subscription tiers designed to fit the needs of each program. Detailed information for each tier is available upon request.
Each subscription includes:
• 10 new player evaluations added every two weeks
• At least 260 players are added to the portfolio annually
• Portfolio updates are released every other Tuesday at 12:00 PM (CST)
• Automatic email notifications sent upon each update
• Additional notifications sent to program’s email when more players are added between regularly scheduled releases.
Our portfolio is consistently updated to ensure programs have access to the most current and relevant recruiting intel.

ACCOUNT ACCESS
& USAGE POLICY
Each subscribed program will have their own log in information. There can be up to 4 members per login within a program.
To protect the integrity of our service:
• All logins are monitored by IP address
• Sharing access with non-subscribing individuals or programs is strictly prohibited
• Unauthorized access may result in termination of service and potential legal action

ONGOING UPDATES
& ADDITIONAL NOTES
While updates are released on a set schedule, player evaluations may be added or updated between release dates.
Subscribers are encouraged to log in and check the portfolio regularly for the most up-to-date information.
Pending approval, NCAA Division I programs are permitted to subscribe to this scouting service. For additional details, visit the NCAA website.
