At Help Side Basketball, we provide digital scouting services customized for each player.
1. No Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our services:

• Once a report is delivered, it cannot be returned

• Once access is granted, the service is considered fulfilled

2. Subscription Policy
All packages are sold as annual (12-month) plans.
By purchasing, you agree to:

• Full upfront payment

• No partial refunds for unused time

3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:

• The service was not delivered at all

• A duplicate payment was made

All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
