Request a Player

Coaches may request a player evaluation at any time by completing the designated request form. Once submitted, our team will prioritize the evaluation and work to gather both firsthand and film-based insight as efficiently as possible. Due to the nature of our service and scheduling of live evaluations, all requested player reports will be prioritized in order we they are received. Our goal is to complete a requested player evaluation as quickly as possible but no more than on the following full release cycle. 

 

We are committed to delivering timely, thorough, and objective reports that align with your program’s recruiting needs. Our goal is to support your decision-making process with clarity and consistency.

 

To remain compliant with NCAA by-laws, all player evaluations requested through this process will be made available to all subscribing members within the portfolio. While the evaluation is initiated by your request, the player’s report will be shared across the subscriber network as part of our service structure. 

 

There are no additional fees or costs associated with submitting a player request as this feature is fully included and complimentary within your subscription. We encourage programs to consistently utilize this tool to maximize the value of the service. By doing so, you ensure your staff stays ahead with the most up-to-date and relevant recruiting intel.
